Located just outside of the city center of Madrid, this private home for a young family with kids was developed taking into account the requirements and lifestyle of the client. The project integrated an interior decoration team, architects and technical engineers. The house is developed over 2 main floors and counts with ample living spaces where sleeping and playing areas are combined with private working spaces. The basements offers room for a cinema and a bodega as well an integrated space for 6 cars. The house counts with photovoltaic energy sources and advanced installations throughout the house.
