During the initial Phase of the project our activity is mainly focused on the analysis of the development opportunity and the execution of a viability study. This can vary from the checking of land planning parameters in the town hall, verifying legal aspects and performing a preliminary financial analysis.
This preliminary phase helps the client to assess the existing opportunity and amplify the input necessary to make a decision, before translating their ideas into a preliminary concept and set common development goals.
